So… I didn’t post my eats yesterday. Why? I basically got too drunk. So there.
I woke up late yesterday and rushed around to get to work to set up for a presentation I had to give. I found time to snag this “breakfast”:
I know, I know… Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I shouldn’t drink my calories. I know. I know. But it’s the best I could do yesterday.
By the time lunch came around, I was, of course, starving.
Margherita pizza + breadstick from the cafeteria.
I ate about half this pizza + the whole breadstick. I was definitely stuffed and suffering from carb overload.
Last night, Seth came over so we could celebrate his birthday. While I was cooking dinner, I broke out this bottle o’ wine:
The problem is, when we were trying to open it, the corkscrew broke.
The solution? Pry the damn thing out with a hammer.
Success! Way to go, Seth! :)
Finally! A glass of wine! This was the first of many, I assure you. By the time the night was over, there was no more wine. And Seth only had a little. I had most. *sigh*
Dinner is served!
Salad = spring mix + spinach + carrots + tomato. I had some Ranch dressing.
Rotini (enhanced with fiber and calcium) + homemade sauce + not-homemade meatballs + mushrooms + onions + bell pepper
And what birthday celebration would be complete without cupcakes?
Store-bought, because my oven is (still) broken.
In my drunken state, I ate three. *le sigh*
Today should be a healthier day, right? Right?
